The concierges have been fantastic, very kind.
The staff aren't very friendly. Especially at the reception desk. Security staff not courteous and even racist. Difficulty for the client staying in the hotel to get a table on the hotel patio.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The attention to detail and customer service were top-notch. The hotel was impeccably clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything in Central DC, including the monuments, DC sights, and the Capital area. We loved the delicious breakfast and the spacious room we upgraded to. The car service provided by the hotel was a great convenience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious hotel in the heart of the city. the interior of the hotel was stunning, with spacious and modern design. the outdoor patios were a great addition, although they did tend to attract a lot of smokers. the concierge service was exceptional, helping us with hard-to-get reservations and accommodating our large group.

During our Christmas stay, we absolutely loved the attention to detail at this hotel. the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and the customer service was exceptional. the hotel was impeccably clean and the rooms were beautifully designed. We especially enjoyed the Italian espresso machine and the personalized greeting on the TV. the location of the hotel was also ideal, with easy access to many attractions.
There were a few things that we didn't quite like. there was a persistent smell of smoke on our floor, despite the hotel's efforts to address the issue.

Amazing breakfast with delicious lemon ricotta pancakes. Welcoming staff went above and beyond, providing complimentary cake and room upgrades. Well-maintained gym facilities. Central location near attractions, restaurants, monuments, and museums. Phenomenal value for the price. I would definitely return.

This hotel is located in a prime spot, close to everything DC has to offer. It's in a lovely area of Georgetown, perfect for exploring and enjoying great food and wine. The rooms are spacious and beautifully updated with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The staff here is unparalleled, providing excellent service and making you feel right at home. The hotel facilities, such as the spa and pool, are top-notch and add to the overall experience.
The shower could be improved to prevent water from spraying everywhere.
