Really good service, attentive staff, upgraded room, great location, delicious breakfast, clean facilities.

Central location in Georgetown. Helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable and quiet rooms. Excellent housekeeping. Great spa and breakfast service.

The concierges have been fantastic, very kind.

The staff aren't very friendly. Especially at the reception desk. Security staff not courteous and even racist. Difficulty for the client staying in the hotel to get a table on the hotel patio.

We loved the delicious breakfast and the spacious room we upgraded to. The car service provided by the hotel was a great convenience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious hotel in the heart of the city. The interior of the hotel was fine, with spacious and modern design. The outdoor patios were a great addition, although they did tend to attract a lot of smokers. The concierge service was really good, helping us with hard-to-get reservations and accommodating our large group.

During our Christmas stay, we loved the attention to detail at this hotel. The staff were really nice too make sure we were taken care of, and the customer service was really good. The hotel was impeccably clean and the rooms were beautifully designed. We especially enjoyed the Italian espresso machine and the personalized greeting on the TV. The location of the hotel was also ideal, with easy access to many attractions.

There were a few things that we didn't quite like. there was a persistent smell of smoke on our floor, despite the hotel's efforts to address the issue.

This hotel is located in a prime spot, close to everything DC has to offer. It's in a lovely area of Georgetown, perfect for exploring and enjoying great food and wine. The rooms are spacious and beautifully updated with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The staff here is unparalleled, providing excellent service and making you feel right at home. The hotel facilities, such as the spa and pool, are top-notch and add to the overall experience.

The shower could be improved to prevent water from spraying everywhere.
